Declaration of the Poker Players Association

1. We love Poker
Any person should become a Poker Player only because of their love for this game.

2. Poker dream
Any Poker player should be able to achieve their Poker Dream - to radically change their life through sheer intelligence and skill.

3. Training
Any player has the right to invest time and effort into training that increases his chances of achieving his Poker Dream.

4. Schools
Poker Schools are committed to doing everything possible to ensure that every Player receives the same information and learns it in accordance with their abilities and skills.
4.1. The information provided by a School can be obtained through reflection or calculations on open or individual data.
4.2. Information obtained in violation of the rules of the Rooms cannot be used for learning.

5. Rooms
Any room undertakes to provide equal rights for each Poker Player to achieve his Poker Dream.
 

Every Poker player has the right:
1. Participate in any of Room's games that he likes.
2. Is ready to bear personal responsibility in case of violations of the Rules of the Room.
//The rules of each Room are an open document containing precise definitions of acceptable and unacceptable actions of Players in the Room
//The room cannot restrict Players for reasons not described in its Rules

6. Ecology
6.1. Rooms, as organizers of the Poker game, are obliged to ensure the safety of all Players in accordance with their Rules.
6.2. Schools, as places of learning, undertake to teach and adhere to the principles of this Declaration to Players.
6.3. The Player, as a member of the Poker Community, undertakes to make all decisions at the poker table only according to his knowledge and skills.

Any participant who violates the principles of the Declaration harms Poker.
 

Violation of these principles by any participant will result in censure and expulsion from the Poker community.
